The company "LCS" Ltd. was registered in 2004, with headquarters and address of management in the city of Mezdra, 8 "Georgi Dimitrov" street, with the main subject of activity "Construction" - construction of buildings and facilities, the execution of separate types of construction work, transport and excavation services.
The company is represented by Miroslav Simeonov Zahariev - manager.
In 2010, the material and technical base was provided for the company to carry out construction and assembly works, and with its own funds, a work base was built in the village of Darmantsi, Mezdra municipality - a garage for housing construction and transport machines, a service center and a warehouse.
In 2011, "LCS" Ltd. began to perform construction and assembly works for infrastructure projects, financed through Operational programs in the field of public works and town planning.
"LCS" Ltd. won the selection as one of the contractors for the restoration of the historical monument "Archaeological Complex - Kaleto" in the city of Mezdra. The company's innovative specialised construction activities for the conservation, restoration and preservation of the centuries-old historical antiquity near the Iskar River have been successfully completed and the restoration of "Kaleto" received the special award of the Ministry of Construction and Tourism "Building of the Year" for 2014.
Developing as a company with experience and weight in the field of construction services - excavation and construction assembly, "LCS" Ltd. is one of the founding members of the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria. The company is registered in the Central professional register of builders in Bulgaria for the execution of constructions with the scope of the first group /from the third to the fifth category/ - high-rise buildings, its adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities, second group - constructions of the transport infrastructure ; third group - energy infrastructure constructions; fourth group - constructions from the improvement infrastructure, hydro-technical construction and environmental protection, as well as constructions from the fifth group - separate types of SMR. Excellent organisation of equipment and professionally trained personnel, neatness and accuracy regarding the preparation of the construction and financial documentation, security and quality of the performed construction works have been proven with the work for all sites.
